Account Executive / Business Developer (M/F)
As part of the Identity & Access Management team, and under the supervision of the IAM Manager, you will ensure the operational and security maintenance of identity tools—particularly SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID. You will work closely with infrastructure, operations, and security teams.
Vos missions
As part of the development of our Geneva office, we are recruiting an Account Executive / Business Developer.
You will be responsible for independently building and developing a client portfolio.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Identify target companies and prospects: SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations.
- Multichannel prospecting (phone, email, etc.).
- Convert leads generated by marketing initiatives (SEO, inbound marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and engage with HR decision-makers.
- Closing deals by proposing tailored commercial strategies.
- Client follow-up and retention in collaboration with a Customer Success Manager.
- Promote and sell our innovative solutions, including a SAAS subscription offering.
You will also contribute to:
- The development of commercial strategies.
- Cross-functional improvement projects.
- The evolution of the services offered.
- Strong aptitude for sales and business development.
- First successful experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B service sales in Switzerland, ideally in the human resources or recruitment sectors.
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
- Fluency in German or Swiss German is a strong plus.
