About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll help build our Head Office teams by identifying and engaging top talent. You’ll manage key parts of the recruitment process, support employer branding, and ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment for selected roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Schedule interviews, screen candidates, and share feedback.
- Support internal mobility, DEI hiring, and branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and systems.
- Help develop creative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
- Juggle multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities.
- Travel occasionally for recruitment activities or events.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in luxury, retail, or high-growth companies.
- Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
- Goal-oriented, driven, and focused on delivering great results.
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Creative, curious, and proactive in finding and attracting talent.
- Skilled at assessing candidates and providing thoughtful evaluations.
- Comfortable with ATS and HR systems (Oracle HCM a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
