We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented :

MARKETING PROJECT SPECIALIST - 6 month contract

Flexibility for occasional travel is required.

ROLE

Conference Coordination:

• Plan, organise, and execute our participation at high-profile conferences and trade shows from concept to completion.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, registrations, shipping, branding, and on-site execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines and project plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Project Management:

• Lead the coordination of large-scale marketing projects, and promotional activities.
• Ensure that project goals align with broader marketing objectives and corporate strategies.
• Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Foster clear and proactive communication across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare status reports, project summaries, and presentations for management team.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing roles.
• Experience in coordinating corporate conferences or large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of adhering to deadlines and driving on-time delivery.
• Fluent in English and French
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and project-related needs.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and digital tools is a plus
