About the Role
As Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, you’ll lead recruitment for Head Office roles and shape how top talent connects with our brand. More than hiring, this role is about building exceptional candidate experiences and strengthening our identity as an employer of choice in the luxury space.
What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering with leaders to hire exceptional talent.
- Shape and execute hiring strategies, balancing priorities with agility and focus.
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering guidance and support.
- Lead employer branding, diversity hiring, and creative sourcing campaigns.
- Oversee recruitment systems, tools, vendors, and key performance metrics.
- Support internal mobility, promotions, and training on hiring best practices.
- Drive special projects that improve the recruitment and branding experience.
- Travel occasionally to support hiring events and initiatives.
- A relationship-builder and trusted partner, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Experienced in recruiting for creative, luxury, or high-growth organizations (5+ years).
- Passionate about quality, innovation, and delivering a premium experience.
- Skilled in candidate assessment, sourcing strategy, and employer branding.
- Tech-savvy with recruitment tools (experience with Oracle HCM is a plus).
- Organized, strategic, and thoughtful with strong follow-through.
- Degree holder in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
