We are currently seeking for a Mobility Advisor - Customer Success and Fleet to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the mobility of Gowago customers by advising them in the journey on the road. At Gowago, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service, while ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with efficiency and care.

Availability: 80-100%
Tasks- Analyze and resolve customer issues related to our complex products and services, ensuring clear communication.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
- Onboard customers to our on the road experience and help them have the best journey with their car.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, to ensure efficient case solving.
- German mother tongue (Essential)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- Available for 80-100%.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Good to Have:
- Conversational French (Preferred)
- CRM experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of car ownership and a passion for cars.
- A collaborative, start-up atmosphere with supportive colleagues.
