What You´ll Do
  • Scout, evaluate, and benchmark radio connectivity and radar technologies in the market.
  • Develop comprehensive evaluation and test plans for RF systems and components.
  • Gather, analyze, and manage internal system requirements for radio link development.
  • Perform RF measurements, including antenna gain and bandwidth assessments.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports on findings, system performance, and testing outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and standards, including LTE, frequency hopping, and modern wireless protocols.

Requirements

What You´ll Need
  • Proficient in measuring antenna gain, link budgets, and performing bandwidth calculations.
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency bands, propagation characteristics, and regulatory constraints.
  • Familiarity with modern wireless communication standards, including LTE, 5G, frequency hopping, and radar systems.
  • Experience with RF simulation and test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators).
  • Ability to interpret RF schematics and design documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in RF systems design, testing, or integration.
  • Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) platforms and embedded RF systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FCC, ETSI) is a plus.
