IP Business & Product Operations Officer (9 months contract) - Genève

Your team Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.
You will report to the Head of Investment Business & Product Operations on the Investment Platform (PWM), the Investment Business & Product Operations team is instrumental in bringing efficiency and agility to the Investment Platform’s operations.
Your role- Documenting business processes and updating monitoring documents linked to different projects (e.g. drafting minutes).
- Assisting with the change management process for the Investment Platform (documenting roles and responsibilities, preparing training material, etc.).
- Assisting with the centralization of key investment business operational and administrative processes.
- Reviewing and ranking processes, goals and tasks.
- End-to-end process optimization.
- Providing support with investment onboarding operations.
- Perform daily operations and run initiatives related to existing investment products and mandates.
- Monitoring and resolving one-off problems when they arise in the different Investment Platform teams.
- Supporting internal Investment Platform stakeholders with the roll-out of key initiatives.
- Preparing internal or external presentations for senior management.
- Continually improving planning and analysis tools and processes, in particular by working closely with Investment Platform team heads and team members.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role in financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of and interest in the banking/asset management industries.
- Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with numbers and capable of building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver on multiple tasks under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Proactive, able to work efficiently on your own and driven by a desire to excel in a demanding environment.
- Expert presentation skills (PowerPoint) and skilled user of analytical tools (Excel and Tableau).
- Fluent in French and English.
